Outlook Integration on Windows:
Retrieve Information from Outlook: By enabling this option, JobCapture automatically retrieves calendar events from Microsoft Outlook. Example: A meeting assigned in your Outlook calendar can generate a Job Jacket upon your return, allowing convenient time entry. Or, easily configure JobCapture to queue the information up for later assignment to clients, projects, activities, etc.
Send Information to Outlook: By enabling this option, JobCapture will output time spent on jobs into your Outlook calendar. Example: After spending two hours working on an Excel worksheet, you close the document. The Job Jacket dialog pops up, you assign the work, and click OK. A new entry will automatically appear in your Outlook calendar for the time you spent on the document.
iCal Integration on Mac:
Send Information to iCal: By enabling this option, JobCapture will output time spent on jobs into your iCal calendar where they can be viewed or hidden as a group.
