Problem
When I launched the Mac OS X client, it asked me to enable Assistive Devices.

Solution
Technically, JobCapture is considered by Apple to be an "assistive device." Go to System Preferences and select Universal Access, then check the assistive device enabler.

This is usually caused when a machine had the Manager running on it at one point. Go into the Library:Preferences:CaptureWorks folder and delete the CW Manager Pref file. |
