Problem
Mac OS X Client comes up then disappears repeatedly.
Solution
Upgrade to 3.13 or higher. First run PrintCapture Uninstaller (located in the CaptureWorks Utilities folder with the Manager), then restart.
Mac OS X Client doesn't come up and print jobs just go through without a billing code. This is usually caused by the fact that there are printers listed in the Printer & Rates dialog but they don't match what the system is using. To verify this, look at the PrintCapture Client log file found in Library:Logs:CaptureWorks Logs. This will let you know if it's not finding it on the list. For instance:

[03-18-2004 16:40:58] -- Doesn't match: SAVIN 2535o2235 != SAVIN 2535 2235

In the list you had entered "SAVIN 2535 2235" but the system presents it as "SAVIN 2535o2235" so it cannot find it. Simply change it to match the system's version in the list and Update Lists at Client. PrintCapture 3.15 and higher have improved flexibility in matching so this should not occur with the latest versions.
